Tai-chi Program
November 12 at 1:15 p.m.

There will be a demonstration of Tai Chi at the November 12th CWC meeting. The program starts after lunch at 1:15 p.m.

If you walk around Covina City Park on weekday mornings you are likely to see a small group of men and women exercising in unison. Tai chi is an ancient Chinese tradition that can improve balance and help reduce stress. We breathe slowly and quietly and talk and laugh before and afterwards! We are looking forward to meeting the members of Covina Woman's Club on Veteran's Day.
